Be happy or be free

At Backoops we’ll do everything in our power to make sure you’re happy with our service. If for some reason we’ve fallen short of your expectations and we can’t get things back on track then we’ll give you your money back.

All we ask is that:

• If something has gone wrong, you give us chance to put it right.
• You notify us within the first 30 days of your order being accepted.

To prevent abuse of our guarantee the only exclusions from our guarantee are fees for CPU, memory and IP addresses in relation to our disaster recovery service.
